We will build it ourselves

We have not met formally since the last Intergroup meeting although the committee continues to communicate via email and whatsapp. We continue to answer emails coming through info@pir.org (thank you Prism!) and Tech@pir.org to edit meeting schedules, add new meetings and update the weekly digest mailer. As of writing this report there are no outstanding requests for assistance.

After reviewing quotes for other contractors to assist with the website design, both David L and Dave M came to agreement that we should attempt to do it ourselves. We have a direction forward and have begun the groundwork to integrate the tools needed for the redesign.

We are in contact with Erin S on the 501 committee to assist in changing over the 7th Tradition buttons to the PIR accounts. That should be completed soon.

I continue to work on next years budget and will have it completed once we get a clear view of all costs for the new website.
