GSR records go live: September's minutes unfolded, every desk gets a page

The minutes unfold

Karyn S’s September 19, 2026 GSR Subcommittee minutes arrived as a seven-page PDF through the GSR WhatsApp thread. Instead of one long entry, the desk received three:

  • September meeting: Tradition 9’s candid discussion of serving while short-handed, minutes approved 7-12, subcommittee reports, and the chair’s horizon - Karyn transitions out of the GSR chair role at the end of 2026.
  • Sixteen groups report in: the written reports as submitted, from 2 in Ann Arbor to about 40 at Sunday Integration, with the open service roles gathered in one list.
  • A Message from the PIR Board to the Fellowship: Attachment A, preserved in full on the Board of Directors desk.

The intake entry now points to all three. Sources stay linked to their Google Drive originals.

The reports that double as the record

TechCom’s and LitCom’s October monthly reports were written straight onto their desks - attendance included - so the changelog entry and the form submission are the same document. Going forward, every progress session in every PIR thread lands an entry here; the inside scoop is the record.

Two quiet fixes underneath

  • Every desk gets a page. The per-desk route only built pages for desks that already had entries, so half the committee links led to “This link took a wrong turn.” Now all twelve desks render, empty ones included, each showing a friendly count of zero.
  • The porch grid reads like the fellowship. The twelve desks now flow GSR, PR, BOD, Intergroup down the left column; LitCom, Publications, Book, Newspaper down the middle; TechCom, WordPress, GitHub home & brand, A.L.E.X. down the right.
