Foyers, not rows: the grid reads in columns, and the Election Committee finds its desk
TL;DR: Chris caught the porch grid reading the wrong way: it was filled row by row, so his columns came out scrambled. Fixed - the foyers now read GSR/PR/BOD/Intergroup down the left, LitCom/Publications/Book/Newspaper down the middle, TechCom/WordPress/GitHub/A.L.E.X. down the right, with the flyout in engagement order and "Committees"/"Infrastructure" categories inside it. The changelog's card page is now called the **Foyers** - cards tagged, badge riding beside the icon - and the Election Committee's records opened on the Board's foyer.

Part of the GSR-meeting-weekend push; the fellowship-facing records live on the Board’s foyer.
The grid, corrected
- Column-major order in
projects.ts: the twelve foyers are now ordered so the three columns read exactly as Chris described - left GSR, PR, BOD, Intergroup; middle LitCom, Publications, Book, Newspaper; right TechCom, WordPress, GitHub, A.L.E.X. - Tags on the foyer cards: every card carries a “Committee” or “Infrastructure desk” tag pill.
- The badge moved up: “Population of data in progress” now rides beside the icon in its own head row, so it stops wrapping under the name.
- The flyout, in engagement order: GSR, PR, TechCom, LitCom, Newspaper, Publications, Book, BOD, Intergroup, WordPress, GitHub, A.L.E.X. - via the concierge’s runtime reorder.
- The rename: the concierge renames any rendered “Committees” label to “Foyers” at runtime, with “Committees” and “Infrastructure” as the categories inside the flyout. The baked configs catch up on the next pass.
Honest notes
- The baked
org.jsstill says “Committees”; the rename and the engagement order are runtime for now. Baking them in is queued for the fleet pass. - The PR Committee’s historical minutes are locked: the Google Doc denies read access to both the Docs and Drive paths. Chris needs to share it (link-sharing or granting the account), then it unfolds like the rest.
Also landed
- The Election Committee’s records opened on the Board’s foyer: the June 20 town hall unfolded in full, with Mike B’ Plaud capture and Littlebird’s own meeting summary linked as captured memories. A BOD subcommittee, the way SSS nests in Intergroup - and the by-laws’ birthplace, now on the record.
- A 2027 Board table was added to the private contacts file, alongside the old board - nobody removed, everyone recorded.
October 19 addendum →
- The Election Committee’s entry is backdated to June 20 and retitled, per Chris’s correction: the desk opened June 20 with the town hall, hibernated August 23, 2026 at its last meeting, and the new board was revealed to the fellowship in the October 17 GSR minutes. The October-dated intake file is retired.
- The Plaud and Littlebird captures are folded into the town hall minutes as marked adds - highlighted, labeled, and verifiable against the official recap - and the by-laws are linked where “election” comes up.
- The PR foyer is populated: six meetings unfolded (October 2025 through May 2026) from the committee’s AI-scribed minutes, provided by Christopher from an RTF while Anne’s Google Doc awaits viewer approval. The session entry has the full list.
- The private contacts file: tonight’s rewrite is being corrected the honest way - the public mirror restored to the masked version, the original restored from history (
923f70d) with the 2027 Board and founding-board material appended only. The incident and the fix are on the session entry’s record. - The back-to-top buttons on the WordPress service pages remain queued for the WordPress desk.
