GSR Desk
Instead of getting lost in a chat thread, your group's report or question becomes a private thread with the GSR Subcommittee and a tracked ticket like GSR-12.
The ticket back end is still being wired for this desk.
Behind the scenes, the ticketing flow is live today for the LitCom, TechCom, PR and main web desks. The GSR and Board ticket desks are next - stay tuned. Until then, send group reports through the GSR Monthly Reports form or the GSR WhatsApp thread, and the /gsr command lights up when the back end lands.
Bring us these
- Group reports: attendance, open service positions, announcements
- The GSR Monthly Reports form, and help filling it in
- Agenda items for the next GSR meeting, and questions about the service structure
- Where the minutes live: every GSR meeting on the record, one entry at a time
Something else? Ask A.L.E.X. first. Under any answer, Turn into a ticket suggests the right desk.
Three steps, soon
- Join PIR®'s Discord.
- Type
/gsrand choose Problem or request or Idea or feedback. The command isn't switched on yet: until it is, use the GSR Monthly Reports form or your GSR WhatsApp thread. - A private thread opens between you and the subcommittee. Check on it any time with
/ticket id:GSR-12.
new→ claimed→ in progress→ resolved→ archived
Only the GSR Subcommittee can change a ticket's status. Resolved threads move to the channel's Threads → Archived list, and Reopen brings them back.
Use the web desk: enter your email, tap the one-time link we send you, and open or follow a ticket. No password, no account. Or email helpdesk@psychedelicsinrecovery.org.
