Population of data in progress. GSR is now the fellowship's decision-making body, and its records are being gathered here - going back years, not just weeks. The October 17, 2026 minutes are on the desk, unfolded across three entries; the September 19, 2026 minutes are unfolded across three more; and the legacy records from October 2023 through 2025 are arriving from the Drive archives. The October 2026 meeting, unfolded across three entries:
- October meeting: Tradition 10, a new board, and the record goes public - the October 17 meeting, in full.
- October subcommittee reports: PR, LitCom, Tech, Convention, Book - what every committee told the GSRs.
- Fourteen written reports from thirteen groups - attendance, positions and calls to service, as submitted.
The September 2026 meeting, unfolded across three entries:
- September meeting: Tradition 9, minutes approved, and a chair’s horizon - the September 19 meeting, in full.
- Sixteen groups report in - attendance, motions and open service roles from the written reports.
- A Message from the PIR Board to the Fellowship - Attachment A of the September minutes, preserved in full.
The legacy records, unfolding backward:
- April 2025: a mediation-committee proposal, a Book Committee rename, and MAPS Denver
- December 2024: Tradition 12, an Exeter research proposal, and a chair elected
- November 2024: Berkeley ends, Salt Lake City begins, and the donate button gets a workaround
- October 2023: the 501 questions, background checks, and a fellowship finding its footing

A straggling GSR report records GSR voting in a new method of GSR reporting via a Google Form. A seed worth planting: as PIR® grows toward a full bespoke platform, the help desk could serve this effort directly - one more place where the record and the fellowship meet. Noted for the road ahead.
